Slightly chavy, but i noticed it on a bike in australia, the guy had a r6 and placed a light maybe some sort of neon on somewhere in the center of the bike sort of above the gears, like the picture below.

When he speeded away in the night, it left a trail of blue, which looked cool as. Anyone know what this is about? Where it would have to be positioned? Which type of light it would be?

Anyone ever tried it? Is it legal? Is it too chavy? Any pictures of examples?

You want Neon Wire produced by Team Street Glow, i cant remember the URL will have to dig it up, your looking at £40-50 for around 2 metres, it works good but the connection is very fragile and easy to break, looks good though Thumbs Up

Neon wire, or led lights.
You can even buy ready made led pods to attach to your bike these days.

What are the laws on the Varad LED Tubes?

I understand that most are ilegal, but wouldnt mind having a red one on the rear mudguard to go along with the break light.
Would I get pulled/Fined Confused

No you can show red light at the rear, as long as it isn't flashing. Thumbs Up

I got 4 single leds from halfords and mounted them in the top box reflector strip. 2 for brake and 2 for tail. Just gives you that added comfort of knowing that if main bulb blows you still have lights showing.

Think they were something like £4.99 for the 4. Add in a bit of wire and a couple of scotchlocks to join to the main wires and jobs a good um. Very Happy
