I,m thinking about getting ones of these next year to replace my VFR750 as a commuter and touring bike thats off-road capable has anyone here owned one plus know any problems and things to look out for with them?

PM Smoto Bob, he ran a couple and are virtually bulletproof. Ugly as fuck tho, but he said nothing ever goes wrong with them. Pretty torquey machines too.

The 600 is better off road than the 650, I hated the 650 for being too soft compared to its smaller brother.

personally id keep the vfr750 and get a small enduro bike for off road
