So from looking at the stats at the bottom of the page, the highest speeds people were caught at are mainly motorbikes. But generally, it was everyone else on the road being naughty.

* Officially warned 11 motorcyclists and 155 drivers for speeding

* Issued 16 Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) to speeding motorcyclists

* 113 FPNs to other speeding road users
