Right help please.

I've decided I don't like the riding position.

I've mucked around with the bars and the suspension but after lots of years on a GPZ500s I can't get to like it.

So I need to ditch it (also I need the cash). So easiest way to shift it please. Woking area. Not bothered about a profit. They seem not to be selling on e-bay. Obviously I'd like to re-coup my outlay if I can. 3K ish. Auto Trader appears to be throwing money away. MCN seems to be expensive.

Any advice appreciated.

Last time I used autotrader (quite a few years ago), the bike sold very quickly.

Start with freeads such as forums (write once and paste to lots of forums) and loot/adtrader etc (again, write one ad then place on each).

See if you get any decent interest from these, if not, probably worth spending a bit of cash on autotrader.

Visordown.

Ebay also. Just because they appear unsold with 0 bidders doesn't mean they don't sell. I always try my best to sell OFF ebay but with the buyer finding the bike on eBay. So put an advert up and see what happens.

Thanks people. I'll give Auto Trader a try. Local dealers are offering derisory amounts.
