MInus my little Bro who at the time was opening his visor and not holding on.. so he SHOT off the back and Mashed up all his Knees,

Personally I wouldn't bother.. .as you say it's not really a 'pillion' bike.
[voice of reason]I allways try and make sure pillions know what they're doing before they get on the bike... and if I'm gonna be accelerating fast worn them to hold on tight with at least one arm round my waist to start with[/voice of reason]
If he hadn't had his hands on the grab rail anyway it wouldn't have helped, so IMHO it's not worth the effort.

Errrr yea, Zimmy is a very scary rider - though to be fair he did take it slightly more Confused easy with meon the back....you know - he didn't do ANY wheelies!! (Maybe thats cos his bike was falling apart beneath us...... Confused)

I wear mine only with pillions who've never been on a bike b4 (for the first few times), now my friends, brothers, sisters and even NAN!!! prefer not to have them as they push on the tank when i brake and hold onto me when i accelerate, this also allows me to (attempt) knee down with them on the back Laughing
