Back protection

I have an Alpinestars One O One jackets

(same as https://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/item.aspx?style=16653&department=112&Division=1)

and would liek a decent back insert. I have heard the Alpinestars RC one isn't too hot. I know the Forcefield one is good but am unsure it will fit the jacket correctly.

I have measured the foam in there as 30cm wide by 47cm tall. Any recommendations please? Or any experience with a Forcefield in an Alpinestars?
