Gleaned from September's RiDE, they're offering free legal advice for their readers (I expect if you say you bought it they'd believe you). Anyway if you call 0800-876-6860 they'll put you through to an advisor if you've been involved in an accident. If you have a consumer problem they'll put you through to an answerphone and get back to you within 24 hours.
Just thought it might be useful to someone as there have been a few questions re: legal advice of late.
