...that'll be me for a little while...
The bike is in a pretty sad state...the panels, fairing bracket and rearsets definately need replacing...the exhaust is leaking, although this should be easily fixed...there is definately something wrong with the rear end...and I still have concerns about the forks...
Two crashes within a week, both involving the task of avoiding cars, has given me nightmares about my ability of stopping a bike safely...I need some time to reflect on what has happened, which should hopefully also give me time to get some money together...

Hard luck on your crashes mate, but dont let it put you off for too long.
Have fun rebuilding your bike and get back on it as soon as possible!!

having been forced into a highside by a car on a roundabout, I was then forced into a lowside by an oncoming car that pulled out into my lane...

ok, went for a little bimble around this evening...very nervous about braking, but it was generally ok...my problem seems with the bike now, and not with my general confidence...
...the rear end seems flighty around bends...Stew and G have mentioned the rear shock, but it *feels* normal on the straightlines......I'll probably get it check out by a professional soon.
