Oooopsie! I crashed my CBR!

I've crashed! .....Bugger! Confused

Oh well!......damage could have been worse i suppose! Very Happy

.....And it would have happened 'eventually' anyway!..... Very Happy

I took my bike out this afternoon, and (although i dont really remember what happened), i think i must have just taken a corner too quickly or had the bike too low on cold-ish tyres ....and well basically the bike high-sided on me, flinging me into the air and across the road. Shocked

.....Bugger!
Damage to report:
Split handlebars
Big dent in tank
Scruffed up tailpiece fairing
Cracked screen
Squished mirror
Bent crossbar/screen support thingy
Bent/squished gear lever/pegs

But oh well....! Bikes are fixable! Smile

I landed right onto my hip ( in my new leathers! Sad

) ...and tis *very painful to walk at the moment....but i'm sure it will recover!
Its just really annoying, that i cant go and sort my bike out, coz i cant bend down!! Sad

...But my nice new leathers did there job well...and arent too badly scruffed up! Smile

....Or it was due to the fact that i filled at No13 petrol pump for that tank of petrol! Confused

.....Or (there is something very spooky) by the fact that i have 0.9km away from clocking my 22222km Confused

.....Or (there is something very spooky) but the fact that it is nearly a year to the day, since i crashed my NSR too! Confused

Anyway!

Sounds similar to my 'incident' only I was probably going slower and only smashed the fairing.
