Whats the chances it will be found?

I thought kids only stole dirt bikes cause cbrs not exactly good for feilds

do they strip them for parts?

depends how clever they are, someone with half a brain would see it as a good earner from splitting it but chances are it was just thrashed around then dumped/burnt!

Are you covered by your insurance is the most important thing really?

do they usually burn them?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but chances are if it hasn't turned up by now in a local field, then it was stolen to be stripped and not ragged.

It'll be mostly in pieces by now. If you are friendly with any of the local chavs, ask around, see if you can get any info on bikes / bike parts that people are trying to get rid of.

Was the bike locked up?

That sucks mate, I know how much it hurts to lose a bike, my first Aprilia RS50 was stolen and it had me pissed off beyond belief, well at least if worst comes to worst you were insured and therefore the insurance company will be paying out for another one. I hope you do find it though...

bike has been recovered and have it at home now

hasnt done many miles at all cause when they took it there was less than half a tank and they couldnt put more fuel in it cause couldnt get the petrol cap off cause u need a key...slight bit of damage to tank but least i know that it aint been thrashed

need to fins a breakers now any good ones online cause gonna need few new plastics/fairings
