There's a "mark all posts read" button on the top of each individual forum, as well as another one on the bottom of the front page which marks every forum read.

howcome (after i pressed the button) every time i reload the site it marks all the messages i didn't read last time as read?

Whenever you leave the site for longer than 30 minutes, when you return it assumes that on your last visit you read everything up to that date.
