Passed my theory test today, so now I just have to practice my skills for a practical.

Although I think I ride well, I know I will have to ride differently for a test. One of the biggest problems I have is fitting in all the lifesaver and over shoulder checks, while still making progress (ten years spent behind a wheel). I notice this most when in slow moving traffic and need to start and stop lots. However, as they say "practice makes perfect".

Yeah, I found the theory quite easy. I was a bit worried about the hazard perception, but the clips were straight forward, with very obvious hazards.

I found it useful going to lots of websites and doing their free tests. Must have found half-a-dozen sites and got to do about a dozen tests, without having to fork-out.

Looking for a good book now that will tell me all I need to know to past practical. Anyone found any useful books?

Congrats and good luck Thumbs Up

Tip for making your observations more obvious, twist your mirrors a bit further out, will make you move your head to see properly, and the instructor / examiner will see you.
