swap 02 NSR + Xbx360 + HD DVD Drive & extra for Derbi GP

Just wondered if there is anyone local in Birmingham that has a Derbi GPR 125 that would like to swap it for the following:

2002 Honda NSR 125 (approx 5900 miles on the clock). can send pics. it's fully restricted still so 100% road legal.
XBox 360 (full system with two wireless pads with rechargeable batteries, recharge cable and quick charge battery dock (all official)).
HD DVD Drive + HD DVDs (2fast 2furious, full metal jacket, doom)
Games: Gears of War (collectors ed), Lost Planet (Collectors ed), Dead Rising (Collectors ed), Call of Duty 2, Perfect Dark Zero (Collectors ed).

The console is practically new as my original one died from the red ring of death but microsoft sent me a new one which I plugged in and tested and never been used since due to getting a ps3.
