r1200gs Stutter at 4500-5000 rpm

My R1220gs 27,000 miles has a serious stutter when accelerating between 4,000 and 5,000 rpm in 5th or 6th gear. This does not happen with smooth acceleration but only when you nail it.

Dealer cannot figure it out and computer gives no clue. Have installed new plugs, air filter, syncro throttle. The stutter feels like the ingintion shuts off for a milisecond.

Any Clues as to what to try? This is really a problem when in the twisties as the bike gets badly unsettled.

I am not a mecanic and will bring any suggestions to the dealer.
