rite, for a start i had my rs 125 extrema rebuilt about 3 months ago ish. there is oils comin out of every where. for a start,
The seal on the gear selector shaft on the left hand side of the crank case leaked so i changed it, i pulled the old one out and slid the new one on but that still leakes abit.

There is oil coming out of my exaust can, i think its blowing. theres black oil all over it comin out of both ends, it is then dripping on my swing arm, brake caliper and disk and the left hand side of my tire. i have an akapovic exaust which i happen to have spare, shall i put that full exaust on?.

There is oil around the oil pump cover i think it maybe be leaking from the front of the exaust, or the RAVE valve maybe?

i did have the bike running a little bit rich on oil while i was running it in, i have just set it now so it is onley just passed the scored mark on the oil pump so it is not using so much, i tightened the chain, and put gasket sealer around both ends of the exaust can. i then took it for a ride, and the power seems just a little less direct that it was before.

in other words it a rite rattley old suck bang two stroke shambles! oh yer and my fork seals have gone! ive got some spare forks shall i put them on or just replace the seals, how easy is it to replace the fork seals?

i hope someone can help me out with at least one of my problems , cheerz! vezex

Take it back to who rebuilt it and tell them..... Sound like it was not done very well.

Whats the spark plug like ?

If oil is getting on brake and rear wheel get it cleaned up before you ride it again..

i would take it back to the people that re built it but i think they just wanted to get running and get rid of it, they didnt even tell me my throttle and tacho cable were missing! and he took my thermostat out.
