the brakes dont drag at all, its very easy to push and it doesnt feel like anything is dragging while riding.

i did go for a "spirited" ride beforehan though? Confused

Worn pads ?

Brakes DO heat up under normal use though , but that looks like its gone "way to hot"

Do you have moffs on the handle bars and did you fit HH pads.
