As some of you know my bike got stolen a few weeks back, and 2pm tomorrow, i'm getting a Suzuki Bandit GSF600.

-16,000 Miles
-R reg
-Complete with alarm
-Brand new sprockets and chain
-Serviced last month
-Very good threads left on both tires
-After 15minutes of fine inspection by myself and a good friend, only damage is a scratch along the crash bumpers and a small scuff on the headlamp.

Setting me back £1200

First thing i'm gonna do is ride it to my friends house and keep it in his garage until I do my A2

Chuffed

I hope you're NOT going to ride it to your friends house. Otherwise you are driving without a license or insurance which will get you royally screwed if you are caught (good look paying for insurance for the next 5 years at minimum).

Sounds like a good price on the bike though. Just wait until you pass your test Thumbs Up .

Yeah, when I was at school there was this kid who used to ride everywhere on his no doubt dodgy XR250. He was an absolute idiot, and an arrogant one at that.

He wore a tinted visor and rode literally every day on this thing, then one day he got busted, at school of all places, and banned for 2 years starting from the legal age of riding. Being 15, the stupid idiot had to wait ages.

And they took his bike, was no doubt given back to the owner or flogged at a police auction. Smile

Anyway, don't be an idiot. Find someone that can ride it for you.

The bike does sound nice though, got any piccies?

My problem being is that I don't know anyone with a full licence, or anyone with a trailer to put the bike on.
So i'm going to have to ride it atleast 10miles to my friends garage.

I'm going to leave it in my works carpark tonight(Stick it round the back with the security cameras) and i'll get a lift to my work at about 6am tomorrow and ride it to the garage as safe and legal looking as possible.
