Hi
i am doing an oil change on my 1989 vfr 400
I was just wondering if anyone knows how much oil these take on an oil change?

Probably be around 3ltrs. What wrong with a Haynes?

Just fill it until it's up to the upper mark. Run it for a bit, and when the level drops down put more in until it stays at the upper mark. Thumbs Up

about 3 litres of 10w40. remember to change the filter as well.
