There is an Allen Bolt on the right hand side of the tank near to the steering bearing it may be hidden by a rubber spacer so just slide it down if it is and undo it

remove the bolt and lift the tank up (be carefull not to lift it too far or your petrol line will come off and spill fuel everywhere Embarassed )

then put the oil into the bottle with oil written on it, there is a level marking on the front

Hope that helps!

Alex

How often do you need to fill it up with oil then ?
As talking bolts out ect just to fill a bike with oil seems a bit of a faf to me.

the bolt is not realy needed on the front of the tank. mines never had one and does me fine, seat off, tank up, oil in works like a car bonnet in a way, the lugs that slide over the bit the bolt goes through on the frame fits quite tight and snug. the tank wont lift with the seat on anyhow so no security issues to worry about either, just a hell of a lot easier to leave off imo
