If they are complete dials you probably have to take your front faring off to gain access to the rear of the clocks. There should be a few small screws holding the clocks together.

Have you got a workshop manual for your 'bike? That should show you how to take them apart - if they can be taken apart.

Some are tamper-proof so you can't wind the odometer back.

hi i have bought white dials to you for the temp guage and rev counter there are no screws holding it together so you have to carefuly prize up the metal lip at the back of the clocks ( only temp and rev) spliting it in 4 places then remove front and replace dials , then put on front/ face , but hammer the lip( metal lip on back) back down very carefully with small hammer and cloth, first at an angle then flat so as to fold and create a tight seal, dont use plyers i did and ended up going to my local glass merchant, the damage it may do will be covered by the clock bracket but if ur to bothered spray or viynl rap the rear or the clocks i was careful and my clocks are mint
