1098 at Brands

On sunday i had the pleasure of watching JT pick up his first ever double/his first ever win at brands/infront of a home crowd/in his last season in WSB...

Then i picked up some nice 1 piece leathers for a penny under £100.

Then to top off the day i had a sit on one of these.

(forgive the hair and the red face - very hot and no sun cream )

Just a quick thing about the 1098 - MY GOD ITS COMFORTABLE! It felt so nice to sit on, just like i was one with the bike, especially after being on a Z750 with an upright seating position i just sat on that ducati and it felt almost perfect. Shame about the price tag really.

I've sat on one before and I didn't think it was to comfortable, it felt small, and the seat height was very high (although it was being supported by its rear wheel) but you could see where boots had been hitting the thing all day.

Its a lovely looking bike and I would own one quite happily (if I could afford it ). Theres a guy living near me that owns one, and it sounds amazing.

Sadly they wouldnt throw me the keys, i even tried flashing the cleavage but they were having none of it. Still dont know why.
