Put the blade engine on eBay yesterday evening, went outside for a smoke and to make a list of bike parts, came back in and noticed that my listing had gone.

Turns out it sold within 15 mins Thumbs Up

Had to post it here - never sold anything that quick before on eBay.

The engine isnt going in another bike - she's going to power a kit car, how cool is that Cool

I've put 2 bikes up before and had them both go within 2 hours, if you put a reasonable price up then they can go quickly

nice result... Thumbs Up

a few people tend to use bike engines for kit cars, as they tend to be smaller and lighter than their car counterparts... Easier to fit with you and a couple of mates in a garage without lifting equipment

Plus u can rev them to 16k rpm? 17k rpm? and they sound awesome. Smile

Yep the sound of a con-rod going through a case always does it for me as well.

Blade tops out at 13000rpm.
