I think www.davidsilverspares.co.uk will ship overseas. If it's for a Honda and it's available, they'll have it. They are also very cheap, I payed £9 (CA$19.50) for a full, genuine Honda gasket set for my C90.

The online list is not exhaustive. Give them a call, they are very helpful.

I think I might be able to help with the carb adjustment. I've just done it on my own C90 and they're pretty much the same for all the years. On the right side of the bike, (through the peephole if the legshields are still on it) you will see the carb with two screws close together. The one nearest the front of the bike is the idle speed, (throttle stop screw) and the one nearest the back is the mixture (pilot screw). My handbook and manual both say adjustments should be done with the engine warm. With the bike upright adjust the idle speed. For the mixture turn the screw clockwise until you hear the engine miss or decrease in speed, then counter clockwise until the engine again misses or decreases in speed. Set the air screw exactly between these two positions. If the idle speed changes due to this, re-adjust it.
Take a look on ebay for a Haynes workshop manual to buy, as I said most of these bikes haven't changed much so much of it should be relevant to yours.
