Let me see if I have this correct.
You're 50/50 to giving away 2 Japanese made 600cc FZR bikes in need to tax and MOT in exchange for one Chinese 125cc cruiser.

Why? Shocked

IMO sounds like a bad trade. Do you need the smaller bike for in town or something? That said, it's Chinese, so you can't guarantee build quality.

In your ad you put
Quote:
I want to swap for a bike newer and bigger OR gsxr 750-1100 older
so why are you even thinking about a 125?

Oh, and as you value your swap at £2000 this iste has a 2007 LF 125 Arizona at £1200.

i didn't want to put this on the forum cos i'll get a bad name...
but i'm riding the fzr's 6days a week to get to and from work and i'm not legal i've just got over a ban a few week ago and i've still got to send off for it back.
i'm sending of for it this weekend when i get paid then doing cbt asap and want to go legal before the Police bum rape me.
thats the only reason why i'm 50/50.

Yours Ian

all of you will prob tell me to Middle Finger and i wouldn't blaim you...

Its a lifan Shocked

According to egay it weighs 190kg (wet or dry that is VERY heavy) and has about 11.5hp.

Now i ride a suzuki gz125 (same sort of style) that weighs about 135 dry which is heavy for a 125 and has about 11.5/12hp. And it still maxes out at about 65/70 with me on it (13 stone) on the flat.

And if you are after a learner legal bike, why not go for a 2 smoke sports? Or something simple like a cg/ybr?

Ditch the FZ's and get yourself a CG125 - something that will keep going until you can retake your licence...

Don't be tempted into getting a Chinese bike that will probably cause you more problems than it solves.

1aybe im missing something but you said both fzr's

why not sell one buy a shitty(no offence but they are) cg125 or something test friendly and keep the other as a project till you get your license sorted then sell the cg to pay the insurance/tax etc for the fzr you kept

my fzrs about 190kg with a full tank but puts out ~100bhp
(blah blah i hear the twits twitting but its the foxeye one with the thundercat engine)

edit:almost forgot - dont touch a chinese bike with your neighbours arse, theyre crap.

I've got a mate selling a mint 125 Eliminator, he might be interested in a swap... He seems to like projects, although he might be skint for a bit... here is a link to a link anyway:
