The only advice I would give is, if you're gonna tune it, you might as well buy a new top end whilst you're at it. 2 strokes are so highly tuned as it is (RXS100 exempt Very Happy) so why put even more stress on the engine for little performance gain and a big whole in your pocket. Even professional tuners like Stan Stephens can't make your bike as reliable as it is standard. Save the money and do your test with it. Then sell the NSR and get a bigger bike.

Erm no not really, a 400 will do 0-60 in about half the time a fully derestricted UK NSR does (that means about 3 times as quick as your import Jimbo) and 10mph top end extra? Hope you're joking... try adding another 40mph extra...

I think that he was talking about a derestricted NSR, Scoob (although I could be wrong)

And Jimbo: why can't you ride a traditional bike with "racing leathers"? Confused

A new zorst on an NSR will add less than 4% power gain, if that. Most only add 8% to larger bikes. Some can actually lose power as they decrease the back pressure in favour of noise. The place that's custom making mine sed he can do one for the NSR that'll look mint, sound good and add a little on power for about £150.

Nope, Zorst and connector pipe. They wanna check the output of the engine to make a can that's gonna work.

I wouldnt get either. I got a full Nikon system hand made for £175 and it was delivered next day and it gave my 2001 NSR a significant performance boost.
