not if there's *no* light at all.... infact you'd have to question if colour in iteslf exiseted with no light Confused

True, doesnt it have to reflect light for you to be able to see it.

Yes, if something absorbed all light would you wouldn't be able to see it.

It owuld probably be quite jot as well, if absorbed infrared... the most likley thing for it to be was a black hole, so probably best a voided ;D

And it depends on the colour of the light. White light contains all the colours of the spectrum, an object will absorb some and reflect others, giving it colour. Blue light contains fewer so we see a different colour. No light and we don't see
