can u all give me some info on how much it is for ur full test, how long it took u and how meany lessons u had. also for thosedangerous drivers, how many time did u fail?

took me about 2 months in all. 160 quid, 4 tests, no training.

I'm having 3, 4 hour lessons, and after 2 lessons I'm pretty confident about passing. Cost £210 - that includes test fees.

That is on my own bike btw

the whole bill came to just under 500 quid

385 for 4 Day restricted access course

first day new manual CBT
second and third day full day road riding
fourth day road ride, test at 3.30pm

failed first time

retest fee and bike hire 75
one more day road riding, and test at 3.30pm

12 quid for new licence Twisted Evil

add to that 10 pounds a day for insurance cover on the bikes cos i wasnt taking any chances of paying out full if i dropped it

[edit] btw the reason i think it cost me so much, is cos, coming off a long period of scooter riding, you are at more of a disadvantage than anyone else, at least thats what i found

Did loadsa lessons and 3 tests. I shoulda passed the 1st 2 tests but the examiner was an arse.
Didn't bug me though. I still rode the NSR without L's

Officially yes. My instructors reckon I should've passed easily (Cuz I'm tha daddy) but Wobbly Bob had something against me. He failed me for the exact same points twice. And they were wrong both times. but you can't appeal against his decision.
