No Spark

I got a 01 plate nrg mc3 air cooled which sometimes gets spark n sometimes dont.

ive changed the cdi unit and spark plug but its still not getting spark all the time.

it ticks over and starts sometimes by kick start then cuts out n when i asked the mechanic he said its not getting spark everytime

can anyone help me please

Check Green wire to CDI is switching to and from earth when ignition switch is turned.

Green wire to earth with ignition OFF

Green wire NOT to earth with ignition ON

If thats ok then stator is dying. Wink
