Tax is dependent on Insurance and MOT; which are independent of eachother.

Insurance first - to get it to the MOT station

Then tax it, when you`ve got your MOT

If that's your only journey, and it's a straight line then yes.

As long as you have an appointment, and only ride straight there and back. Tax it on foot afterwards.

If you've only just insured your bike it can take upto a week before your bike appears to be insured on the database according to my insurance company. So you may have to go to the post office to do it.

cover note will take a couple of days to reach you, so insure it, book it for MOT for after you have cover note then tax it.

Good luck with MOT Smile
