I'm putting some carbon reeds in my NSR125RX (1999) and i've removed the carburettor like it says on nsr125.com. It says leave the float bowl spill hose on the bottom attached. On mine there is no hose. I don't know if I've pulled it off by accident or whether it wasn't there in the first place but where should the other end of the hose lead to?

Cheers. Joe

Shouldn't be dripping unless there is a problem with the float or needle valve. Doesn't attach to anything just hangs at bottom of frame. Thumbs Up

Keep it away from the chain and try not to let it hang right in front of the rear tyre.

Just my opinion after my float valve stuck and left me wondering where the smell of petrol was coming from each time I pulled up to lights.

mine squeezes between the air filter and engine, just a small rubber pipe. Simple.

Just tuck it out the way somewhere snug.

Yeah. I'll have to sort mine out. At the moment it would just drip onto the gear box. Some fool must have owned this bike before me. Cheers everyone. Joe

Don't let it drip on paint, as petrol will stain it yellow. Wink
