Right then...

It was restricted in air intake, and the exhaust.

Arrived at G's about 12.30, and it took bout 4 ish hours!!

Exhaust is a right bitch!! Started drilling it... drilled it loads and loads. Finally, with aid of chissel got the right plate welds free. It then moves around. After bit more drilling/ prodding/ shaking etc it will then move up, till the second plate hits the first welds... bleh!

went and got a file, and then with much drilling/ filing etc got the three little welds flat enough to take it out Very Happy

Air intake was easier, but G did pretty much all of that bit... and quite a bit of the exhaust as well..

finally got it all done, back together etc, started it up... eventually.. rolling down the drive... splutter splutter... oh shit

turned out to be kink in fuel line... lol

got it going... and fucking hell, its so much nicer Very Happy

hit 30 in first gear on G's road Very Happy

Its much better now, and anyone who hasnt done it yet, go and do it today!!

Im sorta willing to help anyone now if they need it, as I sorta know what im doing.. Laughing

oh well, my rear L plate has snapped off somewhere on the way home Shocked
