External USB HD Enclosure!

Hey all, Right ive brought one of the above (External USB hard drive Enclosure)

now i can read and write onto this, But i want to know - How do i boot directly onto this?

it has windows XP on it, as ive taken it directly from my other comp!!!

Any programmes or tips?

if the hard drive is from another PC and has windows loaded it won't boot as a master on another PC as when windows loads it will try to load your other pc's motherboard drivers etc.
