Right, thinking ahead now, because there is no way I can sit around in a car with bikes overtaking me all the time. I want to get back on the road.

I had my licence revoked, but have recieved it back when I passed my driving test. It was due to this: https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=618677&highlight=#618677

I have received a letter saying that the insurers have agreed 75/25 in my favour, which is I goot thing really, as to start with it looked as though my insurers would settle for 60%.

Well, I should have a small amount of money to get myself a new bike when it is all finalised, been 2 years and a couple of months now! Clear debts and get a bike.

I have ridden an RVF400R, a CB600F 54 plate, and a 600RR 03 plate. Im after another bike obviously, but as I have been out of the game I wanna know what is good, and what to consider.

I know I want a sports bike 600+, and I know I want a low mileage maybe 2 year old max. Does anyone have any kind of reccomendations, Im just looking. But want to be set right by the people who taught me to love bikes in the first place!

I'd say another CBR600F, less bite to worry about getting back on the road.

An under 2 year old sports bike there isn't going to be much to 'reccomend'. Ride a CBR and compare it to a ZX and the kwak will probably feel a bit more aggressive while the CBR a bit tamer and easier to ride.

However there's going to be little difference and they're all going to have the potential to go very fast.
So probably going to be more a case of which ever you can get a good deal on, or (as I presume) if you're not so bothered by that, which you like the look of, etc.

Ahh, I forgot the old its a personal thing with the 600's. I never thought about the fact they are the same bikes with different looks.

Was after an insight on the new bikes really. But I picked up an MCN and the newest ZX6R looks reakl nice, and you can get new ones at a real good price!
