i normally have the exactly the same problem Bends!
...apart from its a grey zip50!

....And thats when i have got my bike here! Crying or Very sad

/me had to suffer the stresses of being a london underground commuter bod today! Sad
.....and tommorow too! Sad
....and maybe even wednesday! Crying or Very sad

I had that problem with my old KMX when I had to strip the gearbox right down. Needed a special kawasaki tool to remove the flywheel. Costing 65 quid. Course, I took the cheeper option and made my own tool on my uncles laith. Laughing

umm tin, G, viper

ive got the same modul cbr as viper and ive recently managed to take off one clutch basket and fit a new one.....so i can lend you guys the required tool.

well the tools that i have (that would be any use to viper, regarding her bike Wink ) i kan lend etc etc BUT
is it the tool to undo the senter knut inside the basket?? or the tool to stop the basket from moving whilst you undo the knut??

I need to get hold of the tool to stop the basket spinning round....and around.....and around.....Rolling Eyes

But, due to my wonderful powers of persuassion, Smile ..... i have manged to sweet-talk my local bike garage into letting me borrow their 'tool' for an afternoon!
