as above.
just right click on the pic that you have hosted select properties and copy the name
eg
https://www.uploadimages.com/view.php?type=thumb3&p=2007/0231/11899430328904.jpg
and then come to this page and press the Img button above and
[img] will appear then post your link eg https://www.uploadimages.com/view.php?type=thumb3&p=2007/0231/11899430328904.jpg and then press the Img button again and [/img] will appear at the end
do that to every pic
eg

https://www.uploadimages.com/view.php?type=thumb3&p=2007/0231/11899430324706.jpg
