I got hit on my bike 2 weeks ago and my insurance compay gave me a hire bike and took my old bike away to get it fixed, they just rung me up and asked when a good time to send an evalulator round to look at the bike:|

'erm you have it',
'what?',
'You took it away',
'No we didn't',
'Look mate I know that my fucking bike isn't here and one of your guys took it away',
'where did we take it to',
'Shouldn't you know this'
'er'
'Haven't got the papaerwork at the moment, find out where my bike is'
'ok sir'

Fuckers I'm never gonna see her again:'(, The bloke sounded abit gormless hopefully he was just confused.

Similar thing happened to me

"Hello, we're ready to pick up your bike when you have some free time"

"Ok no problem, it's ready when you are"

"Right we can send an engineer to your house tomorrow"

"Why my house?"

"You told us it was brought there after you found it"

"No, I said the cops found my bike, and they brought it to the depot"

"Which depot?"

"I've repeated this 6 times yesterday trying to speed things up, you want me to say it again?"

"Ok, i've just looked at my monitor and we actualy have the address for the depot"

Yeah, just had another call apparantly the guy who hit me in questioning liability he is saying I tried to over take him on a roundabout. The fact I have damage to the front and he has damage to the right goes in my favour and there is 2000 worth of damage front wheel forks and rad. Sad
