I have a Hein Gericke points card thingy, got it the first time i went in there...

How exactly does the points system work? How many points do you get for the £££ you spend, and what can you do with these points? (money off i imagine?)

I've probably spend around £1200 in there, and always used my points card, so should have alot of points!

I need some winter gloves, and i'm poor atm. So points card ftw?

Hi, I just happen to still have the leaflet here on my desk from when I bought my scottoiler and was offered a free club card.

According to this for each £1 you spend you'll get 3 points. Each point is worth 1p. So if you had 9999 points this would be equal to £99.99. I don't understand it, but I hope you do.

Something like that - i got 18 quid off my purchase! Shocked.

And as far as things are concerned, the only thing i recollect buying are:

Arrow Tsubaki Chain - renthal sprocks - 110 quid
Arrow Arai Corsair - 375 quid
Arrow HG Entry Goretex pants - 100 quid
Arrow Shitloads of autosol - probably 20 quid over the time
Arrow Chain lubes - 30 quid or so
Arrow Leather care - 10 quid

so they're good Thumbs Up - They treat you well. I'm happy with their service.

Time to get some alpinestars gloves now.

That's what I figured it to be, but I thought "Nah, that can't be right, it is late."

Some people get sucked in by loyalty cards, by deciding to shop there more, but for those who don't, ya can't complain about free money can you! Laughing

If you combined that with a credit card that gave you 2% back, and you always pay your bill on time, that's 5% off altogether. Better than a poke i the eye with a stick.

You can ask em at the counter how much you have on your card as well.

Definately agreed with how vague the whole deal is though.

Heh, don't knock it!

£36 is nearly a whole days wage, and will get me enough petrol for 14 weeks! (3.5 months)
