Hi guys

Just after some advice as some little toy rags robbed my bike now got it back after recovery it doesnt let me go above bout 45mph,it feels different./heavy like it lacking power,the battery is only 5months old nd was brand new.

They cut my wires to get it started also my ignition barrel is hanging off. they have removed the two plastic containers just under the seat which conseal all wires from exposure.

Appreciate any advice or recommendations or places i can get parts cheap
