not done that but got really close and as soon as it got a bit dangerous clutch in revs down, like gsxrmick, who need launch control when you have 2 good hands?

so what happens when it fails they cant race? cos it launches into the air at the start or they dont even put the bike on the grid?

Launch control just makes it so you can dump the clutch and give the bike a handful of revs and it'll do the hardwork. Having no launch control means you'd have to do it the proper way (i.e proper clutch control) Obviously Pedrosa didn't know his LC wasn't working so dumped the clutch and you saw what happened next.. Laughing
