We can faff and discuss all we like, but there's one thing we haven't even mentioned.

When are we going to bring out the first newsletter?


After all, it's hard to design until you have an idea of content, and no-one's going to get off their arse and do content until there's an idea of when it's needed for.

I reckon a couple more days of 'faffing' would be worth it so we can work out what we do and don't want before we get donw to the 'nitty gritty' of actually doing some work Smile
MAybe look at a week to sort out a basic submission form, basic design etc, another week to write the articles then a final week to sort out the final design, tell everybody they're shit and it should be done your way etc. Smile

We just need to start getting procedures into place. Make sure there's only one way to do each job then designate them.
Firstly we need to identify what actually needs doing, give the job a title, then get someone to fill the post

It might be an idea for us to produce some mock-up designs for the newsletter, and then compare them...although it would also be good to actually have a good idea of what we're gonna put in the newsletter...
