Domain and hosting recommendations?

Trying to get a site sorted out here and i was wanting to ask for your recommendations for cheap domains hosting etc ? i found so many place on the net and i tried calling them earlier and they don't answer phones which has put me off a few.

anyone have a site and experiences they can share to help me?who to stay away from and who to go to etc?

Not a bike related site i am doing i have sorted out how to get paypal on it i think. so apparently i am not to worry about e-shops.

Powelly has a good deal going for us BCF people. I am learning as i go along here. Just hope i know how to build the thing. Anyone know how to make banners on photoshop? i know someone that will do it for me but need a header. Or is there a site that has instruction for photoshop on it for free? Shocked
