I havent all morning and probally wont do till around 3pm. When it will be a cup of coffee and 3 slices of buttered toast. Followed by walking to the bus and having a fag. Then ill be at work for 5pm and probably have a chicken premier and a large coke. followed by more fags. Then home at 10:20... shit 5 hours shifts.

Yum yum I have just had honeyroast ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and a bit of black pepper sandwiches.

I am now going to consume about 5 ciggy's then eat some Walkers cheese and onion crisps washed down by about 3 cups of tea throughout the course of this afternoon!

I am having some tuna fish (with salad cream) and also a bowl of beans mixed with cheese and salad cream. Tastes quite good. After I finish I will have some rice pudding and a cup of tea. Probably an apple or an plum too.
