I think when it comes to a mouse, there's not much that can be done to improve what's already very effective. Being able to change the weight & keep your wires tidy doesn't justify spending £40 on a mouse imo.

I'd much prefer a gaming keyboard but the price is a bit much at over a grand.

That is a damned fancy board. The complete opposite, however, is more up my alley:

And just wait 'til you see the price.

What I actually own:

And of course, the classic Logitech MX518 corded laser mouse.

This is handy for gaming and photoshop as it has a sensitivity adjustment on the mouse.

Agreed. I was thinking of that as a replacement, if this one ever gets around to breaking. I've had it for a few years now and it still feels like new. Not good for someone addicted to spending money on peripherals.

I just use a standard microsoft mouse and a laptop keyboard

Used to play CAL NS and wasn't too shabby at CS either

I think people talk a lot of bullshit with mice and keyboards... A good player adapts to their equipment, not the other way round.

I'm nowhere near good enough at any games for it to matter what peripherals I'm using. I just want nice stuff.

Indeed. For the price of it tho, you could get a top end PC.
I'm guessing there target audience is young game players, so i can't see it selling too well for it's price.

Hopefully they'll be cheaper versions as it does look damn cool! Very Happy

I'll stick with my trusty (Manufactured in 1986) IBM model M, I can think of 2 modern day keyboards that come even close to the quality of this old thing with the DAS keyboard mk2 being one of them Thumbs Up

In my twitch gaming days I always used an MS kidney mouse forever, eventually switching to one of the basic 3 button USB optical MS mice.

Being a leftie is a pain for decent mice though, I'm currently using a Logi MX610 leftie which is nice for buttons and features, but I'd go back to the old corded MS mice in a heartbeat if I was still gaming seriously, I've never gotten on with the Razer mice in the past, I'll get round to giving one of the current ones a go sometime.
