Thumbs Down

largely useless faceless corporation Thumbs Down

prompt service and everything.. but when the show goes tits up, buckle up for the long haul

I got sent some training materials through in the post from the US worth the thick end of £700, three weeks later FedEx send me a tax bill for a large amount Middle Finger

got on the phone to HMRC very sharpish for a rant and eventaully found out FedEx fcuked up by putting it through as standard.. despite having as many markings as you like saying what it was Brick Wall

so i am groping my way through the system at FedEx to sort this cockup out, its taking days to get call backs and e-mails (which were requested) come back with a blanket response with no answers to questions.... on the whole.. their customer services Suck Ass Middle Finger

-rant over-

What a load of incompetance. I used to work in the tax/cage dept of Fedex. Just ask to speak to a manager, they'll get arsey and say theres not one about but be insistent. If its their fault they'll offer you free postage on another package but just say you'll never use them again. They should offer to refund your postage costs as a gesture of goodwill.

Thats what we used to do about a year ago before the lowlifes decided to terminate my contract.

Sam.
