Sorry mate, no idea what you just brought but...
Cruisers tend to be the lowest seat height, commuters average and sports bikes some of the highest. Obviously thats not the same for all, just a general overview. Don't lean the bike over because you can't get your feet flat, it just causes more problems from being out of balance, just slide over the side and get your foot down, or get used to tiptoe.
The hardest bit is gaining confidence, sounds corny but you need to be happy that your in control of the bike and not the other way round, its surprising how easy it is to chuck most bikes around once you take control.
I had one streetfighter I built where the seat height was 2" over my inside leg, bad design but I never had a problem with it, just plan to slow down as much as possible rather than come to a complete stop. |

Oops, I'd had a few cans when I posted that so sorry if it came across a bit garbled
Basically I'm wondering how I'll get on with the Jawa as the seat is too high for my liking. Oh, and I've seen a CBR250 on ebay not far away from me and am a bit tempted, but I'm wondering whether the seat would be any lower than the Jawa. ____________________ Chris
