Well, ive been toying with the idea of changing the engine in my Vivacity, im 22 so insurance wise etc its not an issue for me.

I'd be looking at putting in a 100cc engine from a Vivacity which would replace my 50cc.

Now, from what i can see they are nearly identicle, the bikes themselves are identicle as far as i can see aswell. So, is it a straight swap? How hard is it to do assuming i can get a scrap one? What would i need?

Ive played with changing engines in cars before, and wiring looms have always been an issue, how does this work on bikes? Especially scooters?

it can be done but you would need to change the cdi unit because the one in there at the moment is for a 50cc Smile
