A few months ago I dropped 300$ on a nice leather jacket.

Now that I've worn it a while, the sleeves and chest are all baggy! I want it to be tight like it was when I bought it.

is there anything I can do?

Wear two T-shirts or eat more doughnuts?

I'm surprised it stretched that much if it was a 'proper' bike jacket made of substantial leather.
It's well known leather stuff will stretch slightly and adapt to your shape with wear.

I thought you might advise urination - but if not willing to get some professional alteration done it might help if the jacket got a bit wet I suppose.

Take it to a bike shop, they'll be able to suggest a local place to get alterations done if it's that bad.
