Basically i got a summons on 29th October so i decided to write a letter to them including all of my documents, license, insurance certificat so i won't have to go to summons. I brought a letter to them on 16th October with all my documents and i got a 'receipt' saying documents received.

Basically today i went to the court to check on my documents (i thought if i send them documents i won't have to wait untill 29th October but no) and i requested my documents and it appears that they don't have my plastic bit of a license...

I didn't knew if i needed to submit both parts so i gave them both... Basically they said they don't have it and told me to write a complaint letter...

Does anyone knows if court needs my plastic bit or just paper bit if i get the points?

As well as that what is the best thing to do, shall i just ring DVLA and request a new plastic bit of my license or what?

Thanks...

Hi

Wait and see what they send you back then apply for the lost bit if required. It may well turn up in the process.

It'll be in someones desk drawer. They'll find it when they get back off holiday.
