right, so your illegally parked on double yellows, the lines are there because if your parked there you are causing an obstruction to other traffic or emergency entrances etc etc... so why do they clamp cars? all it means is you cant move the car from the place its obstructing! makes no sence to me!!! can anybody see the logic?

also what are the laws with regards to removing the clamp yourself, as far as im aware you can remove it legally aslong as you dont damage any of it, so no cutting locks etc etc...
anybody know the actual law?
