coming home from work yesterday, riding along a straight, clear road a car decided to pull out from a side road to my left. i'm sure he saw me but thought it was worth a go before realising he did not have time. when he does see me, at the last minute, he just stops dead in the middle of the road with me bearing down on him. lucky for me the oncoming side was clear and i just, and i really do mean just, managed to avoid him. fair shit me up!!! a reminder for me to anticipate the stupidity of others i think.

Good to read that you have learnt from it. As the days get shorter the number of blind drivers increases.

hope that's the closest you get to an off. Watch out for the winter sun as well, it blinds a lot of people, so you have to be more vigilant out there.
